ETHICS AND MORALITY IN LAW DIGITALIZATION
Abstract
Law digitalization refers to the integration of digital technologies into legal processes and systems, fundamentally transforming how legal services are delivered, how courts operate, and how legal information is accessed and managed. This trend, often referred to as "legal tech" or "e-law," encompasses various aspects of the legal field, from court proceedings to law firm management, and can significantly increase efficiency, accessibility, and transparency. In practice, the legal tech may affect the morality and ethics, which represent fundaments of the legal process. Question is how do they work together without overcoming the limits from behalf of digitalization and what kind of preventive measures are necessary to control legal tech.
