Relationship between Misaq, Mi'raj and love through Sufi experience

Abstract

In their mystical experience, which is the result of knowledge and love, Sufis were focused on updating of the two Qur'anic facts, Misaq and Mi'raj. Through these two spiritual facts they experienced most directly the act of the union with God. The mystical experience was considered to be the means to overcome the chasm between immanence and transcendence, to establish a connection between transience and eternity. Therefore, this paper discusses these two events through Sufi experience.
