Two procedures of evaluation of uncertainty for results of phase difference measurement using three voltmeter method

Abstract

Phase difference measurement between two sinusoidal electric voltages using three voltmeter method is presented. Uncertainty of phase difference measurement is evaluated in two methods: according to Guide for expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM) and according to Supplement 1 to GUM - Propagation of distributions using a Monte Carlo method. Those results for measurement uncertainty are compared.
