The objective of the research is to analyze the presence of the burnout syndrome from the technological pedagogical obligation in times of the COVID 19 pandemic, as an overview of mental health teachers of the Corazón de María Fiscomisional Educational Unit of the city of Biblián-Ecuador. Non-experimental descriptive type. Regarding the level of depersonalization, it was analyzed that there is 26% of high level, the level of personal fulfillment was obtained a percentage of 52% of high level. The majority of teachers, being at a high and medium level, are characterized by suffering from Burnout Syndrome, which affects their mental health, if measures for this purpose are not followed, they could suffer physiological repercussions that would intensify wear or depersonalization, affecting the professional, social and family performance.
