基于ADAMS的多缸内燃机曲柄连杆机构动力学仿真分析
Abstract
The inertial force and moment produced by the crank-rod mechanism is an important factor of the vibration of multi-cylinder internal combustion engine. Based on the dynamics simulation software ADAMS and Pro/E,the virtual prototype model of crank connecting rod of multi-cylinder internal combustion engine is established.The virtual prototyping parametric model is imported into ADAMS software by MECHANANISM/Pro module interface,and the characteristic of movements and force of the main parts such as piston,crank,connecting rod are obtained.The results show that the simulation results are accordant with the true working state of internal combustion engine,the references for the further design of internal combustion engine is offered.
