Nursing management of severe eczema in a patient with fracture of the humeral shaft (1例右肱骨干骨折患者重度湿疹的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of severe eczema in a patient with fracture of the humeral shaft. Key issues of nursing included comprehensive assessment, Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, routine nursing, modified hydropathic compress. Integrative nursing interventions based on the syndrome differentiation are effective to relieve the pain and improve the comfort degree of patients with severe eczema. (本文总结1例右肱骨干骨折患者重度湿疹的护理经验, 包括整体评估、中医适宜技术、常规护理、改良式湿敷巾的应用, 基于中医辨证施护, 制定绿色、安全的中西医结合护理措施, 有效减轻患者痛苦程度, 提高患者舒适度。)
