Kolaborasi Teknik Insight, Modelling, Classical Conditioning sebagai Strategi Konselor dalam Pendidikan Karakter

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application and effectiveness of the collaboration techniques of insight, modeling and classical conditioning as a counselor strategy in character education students in MA Matholi'ul Anwar Karanggeneng Lamongan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with phenomenology approach. This research was conducted at MA Matholi'ul Anwar Karanggeneng Lamongan, the subject of this research involving students, Teacher Guidance and Counseling and principal. Instruments in this study using observation and interview guidelines. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the three techniques have shortcomings and can complement each other by collaborating the three. The collaboration of insight, modeling and classical conditioning techniques applied in MA Matholi'ul Anwar Karanggeneng Lamongan is effective in character education of students that have implications in everyday life. This research can be used as a reference for BK teachers in implementing BK services at school and as counselor strategy in character education
