Biography of Prof. Dr. Mehmet Adil Artukoğlu

Abstract

Prof. Mehmet Adil Artukoğlu was born in 1938 in the town of Ergani, Diyarbakır. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Elazığ. He joined the Infantry Reserve Officer School in 1958 and completed his military service in 1960.
