VERBAL RESPONSES OF THE SINCERITY AND COURTESY OF RESPONDENTS IN THE LIGHT OF LINGUISTICS ANALYSIS OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATIONS

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of this article is to describe both the politeness and sincerity of the addressee's speech response to the question. Methodology and Approach. The article deals with the sincere politeness of the person answering the questions and the language ways of its implementation, the insincere politeness of the person answering the question and the language ways of its implementation, the sincere impoliteness of the person answering the question and the language ways of its implementation, the insincere impoliteness of the person answering the question and the language ways of its implementation. The purpose of the article is to specify the concept of sincere politeness, insincere politeness, sincere impoliteness and insincere impoliteness of the Respondent when answering a question, including ways to identify their implementation. The paper uses descriptive and taxonomic research methods, as well as the method of contextual semantic analysis of statements, with which the addressee of the question answers the question. Results. The relevance of the study is determined, on the one hand, by the need to analyze the speech responses of the person answering the question, and on the other hand, by the sincerity and politeness of these speech responses. The scientific novelty of the study consists in identifying the politeness and sincerity of different types of responses to a question. The Theoretical Implication of the study determined that the results and conclusions can contribute to the definition of concepts such as 'sincere politeness', 'insincere politeness', 'sincere impoliteness' and 'insincere impoliteness' may serve as a theoretical basis for further research in the field of interpersonal communication. The Practical Implication of the work is that its material can be used in training courses of rhetoric, pragmatics, discourse analysis, in practical manuals on rhetoric and communication.
