تأثير تقلبات أسعار النفط على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2016
Abstract
الملخص: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على مُتغيري النفط والنمو الاقتصادي لتوضيح ماهيتهما، حيث نستشعِر وجود رابطٍ بينهما، يتم اثباته فعلاً عبر دراسةٍ قياسية، تصِف التأثير الإيجابي لتغيرات أسعار النفط على حركة النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، خلال السنوات الممتدة من 2000 إلى 2016. يليها التنبؤ في خمس سنواتٍ أخرى لاحقةٍ بتغيُّراتِهما المُستقبلية، ذات الطابع التشاؤمي والتي لا تترك مجالاً للشك حول ضرورةِ تنويع مُركباتِ الاقتصاد الوطني. Abstract: This paper focuses on both oil and economic growth variables in order to clarify their significance, where we sense a link between them, which is already proven through an econometric study. This study describes thoroughly the positive impact of changes in oil prices on the economic growth in Algeria during the years 2000 to 2016. Then it gives a forecast, of a pessimistic nature, for another five years of subsequent changes, leaving no doubt about the need to diversify components in the national economy.
