One hundred years after the unique moment of there unification of the Great Romania, in 1918, we can discuss about Romania and Bukovina under the shadow of the complex relation between Romania and Ukraine. A relation where historical past, historical right and international law are making the framework and where the turbulences of the existing world, as well as the threats coming from the East, are pushing the two countries to build up a Strategic Partnership. And so, one hundred years after there unification of Bukovina with Romania, we need to pavethe way for appeasing differences and solving bilateral issues in order to take the best advantage, in the benefit of the security of the two countries, in those of Romanians leaving in Bukovina, as well, on the Strategic Partnership between the two countries aimed at concluding a strong cooperation and support for the common threats, risks and challenges ahead.
