Studying classic Traditional Chinese Medicine literatures and establishing a solid theoretical foundation (研读中医经典, 夯实理论根基)

Abstract

Classic Traditional Chinese Medicine literatures are the crystallization of the wisdom of ancient medical masters in China. They provide the essence and basis for the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment as well as the application of syndrome differentiation in care. As the inheritors of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing, it is necessary for us to study classic Chinese medicine literatures. This article summarizes the author's reflections and insights gained from studying classic Traditional Chinese Medicine literatures in four aspects: strengthening the understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts, cultivating Traditional Chinese Medicine thinking, establishing a solid foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and enhancing confidence in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
