Prvé dokumentované hniezdenie trasochvosta žltého severského (Motacilla flava thunbergi) na Slovensku / First documented breeding of the Western Yellow Wagtail (Motacilla flava thunbergi) in Slovakia

Abstract

First documented and successful breeding of the Western Yellow Wagtail (Motacilla flava thunbergi) was documented in an abandoned field near Piešťany in western Slovakia in June–July 2016. Altogether four nestlings fledged on July 5, 2016. Breeding and all the observations of Motacilla flava in the study area are described.
