ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHODOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF THE ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL TEACHER WORKING WITH GIFTED CHILDREN
Abstract
In the article the competence of teachers of additional education working with gifted children is considered in the context of the professional standard "Teacher of additional education for children and adults" introduced in 2018. The authores focuses attention on the importance of the formation and development of general professional and special competencies of teachers of the system of additional education in the process of practical activity. The article presents the results of research ability of teachers to carry out organizational and methodical maintenance ofprocess of training and education of gifted children in additional education system.
