The training for the improvement of the professional acting of the specialists in administration of the human resources of the managerial organizations
Abstract
The present article seeks to base the process of specialists' training in administration of the Human resources for the improvement of its professional acting in the Managerial Organizations in Pinegrove of the River. As process of formative, permanent, systemic, flexible character and contextualized, for the sake of the appropriation of knowledge, abilities and these specialists' values that allow him professionally to be more competitive rising. They are revealed relating theoretical important from the consultation bibliography valorativa related with the current social historical context of the training.
