WORKSHOPS ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS FOR PROFESSIONALS FROM BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH LABORATORIES
Abstract
This paper describes the training experience of the quality multipliers from research laboratories of a public health institution. This research presented the design and results of the workshops. The methodology used was the workshops on group dynamics based in the theories of the groups psychology, according to the Pichon Rivière operating groups and transformative and liberating education of Paulo Freire. The workshops constituted themselvesin promoting learning spaces including the collective participation and interdisciplinary and were made recognizing the needs of professionals, promoting the learning and development of the group to act as multipliers quality labs of the institution. During the process activities were developed from the experience of professionals, ownership of new concepts and the encouragement and guidance of the coordinators. The results obtained with these workshops showed significant learning compared to the theoretical contents discussed. Indicators of group process allowed reassess and adapt the actions taken at each meeting. In the final evaluation of the workshops, the satisfaction level of the participants was 97%. The workshops proved as an effective strategy for learning in quality management.
