The modern anti-counterfeiting policy as an information society's progress factor (a social-philosophic view)

Abstract

The article analyses mainly a social-philosophic aspects and some legal-philosophic aspects of modern anti-counterfeiting policy model. In context of various anti-counterfeiting measures' realization possibility, regarding their potential to make an influence upon the information society's progress dynamics, it was made an endeavour to comprehend a new meaning of intellectual property institute.
