La teoría de la objetividad interna en el ámbito jurídico

Abstract

This paper clarifies the concept of internal legal objectivity. It highlights the role of Hume´s Law in that theory and introduces that I call the “Hume’s Law Extension”: undermining a legal proposition requires an evaluative proposition.
