Recurrent loss of pregnancy (RLP), consecutive loss of three pregnancies before 20 week of pregnancy. Multifactorial causes play a role in etiology. However, in many cases a definite reason can not be established. When the number of abortions in the early weeks is increased, recurrence is increasing. There is no clear consensus on RLP treatment. When treatment is planned, the etiology should be considered and therapies with scientific efficiency should be applied.
