This article analyzes the multidistrict litigation of North American law as a way of providing an adequate treatment to causes that have similar issues of fact and that, therefore, admit joint evidential instruction. Based on the consideration that each case is part of a set of cases that integrates the broad spectrum of action of the Brazilian Judiciary, the MDL is positioned as an inspiration for the management of evidence with a focus on efficiency with quality, under the pan procedural proportionality. For this purpose, the tool is presented as a technique for collecting evidence, in a context of management of judicial cases.
