The main approaches of digital marketing are disclosed. The theoretical and practical positions the using of the marketing communications in banks in the conditions of the development of the digital economy are substantiated. It is also analyzed the modern trends in the development of digital marketing. Digital marketing in banking is constantly evolved; new methods of interaction with potential clients appear, introducing information technologies into their marketing activities
