To the Question of Settlements Representative Bodies Deputies Election: Theory and Practice
Abstract
In this article author analyzes organizational and legal features of holding elections for deputies of representative bodies of settlements with population of less than 3,000 people, as well as representative bodies of settlements with a membership of less than 15 deputies. Author analyzes changes in the legislation introduced in connection with the adoption by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of a decision on the non-constitutionality of certain provisions of normative legal acts, as well as the opinions of legal scientists.
