Reglementarea actuală a violenței domestice contra femeilor – între standardele europene referitoare la digitalizare și noile exigențe naționale penale//Current regulation of domestic violence against women – between European standards on digitization and new national criminal law requirements

Abstract

The paper highlights the normative and jurisprudential evolution of the phenomenon of domestic violence, a phenomenon that, unfortunately, marks the daily reality both nationally and internationally. Over the time, in order to eradicate this phenomenon, various measures have been proposed, being taken into account both the evolution of human society - measures against domestic cyberviolence, and, also, measures that were intended to remove concretely and effectively situations which emphasize stereotypes – gender discrimination perpetrated by the police – or behavioral patterns with effects on the conduct of legal proceedings – reconciliation of the victim with the aggressor no longer removes criminal liability.
