Building Model To Measure Employee’s Job Satisfaction: A Case Study Of Pleiku Airport
Abstract
The objective of the research is to build a model to measure the employee’s job satisfaction. The research was conducted at Pleiku Airport. Entry-level workers and section chiefs in every division were interviewed to collect data for the research. While convenience sampling was used to yield knowledge from employees, responses were analysed using descriptivestatisticsand multiple regression analysis. Findings from this study show that: (1) Salary, Supervisor, Work has a direct influence on Job Satisfaction; (2) Tangibility, Responsiveness have strong impacton Internal Service Quality; (3) There is a positive relationship between Internal Service Quality and Job Satisfaction. Based on the results, recommendations are givento the managers of Pleiku Airport in making suitable decisions and policies for Human Resource Management.
