صناعة الألمنيوم القائمة على تدوير مخلفاتها ومشکلاتها بمرکز ميت غمر محافظة الدقهلية – دراسة في جغرافية الصناعة

Abstract

مستخلص البحث باللغة العربية يتناول البحث أهم مقومات صناعة تدوير الالمنيوم مثل الموقع والطاقة والأيدى العاملة والسوق والتمويل المادى ، ويعرض لإنتاج مرکز ميت غمر من الالمنيوم ، وأهم المشکلات التى تواجه صناعة الألمنيوم بمرکز ميت غمر ومنها ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة وعدم توافرها فى بعض الاحيان ونقص العمالة الماهرة وارتفاع اسعارها و ارتفاع اسعار المواد الخام وصعوبة تسويق المنتج ووجود الورش والمسابک داخل المناطق السکنية وارتفاع اسعار الکهرباء. کما تناول إنتاج الألمنيوم وتصديره ومستقبل صناعة الألمنيوم بمرکز ميت غمر، وانتهت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات منها توفير الطاقة وتوصيل الغاز الطبيعى والعمالة الماهرة وفتح أسواق جديدة وسرعة إنشاء المنطقة الصناعية الجديدة وتزويدها بکافة الخدمات ، الاهتمام بالتعليم الفنى الصناعى بالمرکز وتوفير دعم مالى وفنى لأصحاب الورش والمسابک . Abstract This research investigates the most important potentials of aluminum recycling industry such as location, energy, manpower, marketing, and funding. It presents Mit Ghamr’s production of aluminum tracing its most important problems such as energy high prices, lack of energy, lack of skillful manpower, and sometimes their high wages if they exist, high prices of raw materials, problems of marketing, high prices of electricity, and the existence of workshops within populated areas. The study also tackles the issue of aluminum production, exportation, and its future at Mit Ghamr. The study recommends that the state should provide this industry with new sources of energy such as natural gas, skillful manpower, exploration of new markets, establishing a new industrial zone providing it with all services. The study also stresses the importance of paying attention to technical industrial education at Mit Ghamr and providing all workshops with the necessary technical and financial support.
