With the global warming, extreme weather such as heavy precipitation frequently occurs in coastal and riverside cities, which may cause water invasion accidents in subway stations due to heavy rainstorm. In order to formulate a reasonable strategy for emergency evacuation of water invasion in subway stations and improve the efficiency of emergency evacuation of passengers, we build a simulation model of station water invasion evacuation based on AnyLogic simulation platform. We take Shenzhen Metro Chegongmiao Station as an example to study the impact of emergency evacuation strategy on the evacuation efficiency under water invasion conditions. The simulation results show that the number and location of the inlet points have a great influence on the evacuation result. The level of water invasion affects evacuation efficiency to a certain extent. Considering three evacuation strategies of using escalators as stairs, laying diversion fences and adding emergency evacuation exits, the evacuation efficiency of the optimized model is improved by 11.4%, and the safe evacuation ratio reaches 92.2%. The simulation results can provide reference for evacuation design and operation management of subway station under water invasion.
