Application of Medical Scenario Simulation Teaching Combined with CBL Teaching Mode in Anesthesia Skill Training Teaching

Objective To study the effect of case based teaching (CBL) method combined with situational simulation teaching(SST) method in anesthesia skill training teaching with students as the main body, typical cases as the support, teachers as the leading, and teachers as the leading. Methods A total of 24 trainees in the anesthesiology professional base of the First Hospital of Jilin University in 2022 were randomly divided into C group(accepted CBL) and SC group(accepted SST combined with CBL), with 12 doctors in each group. The differences in theoretical assessment, practical skill assessment and ability questionnaire survey after the completion of teaching training were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups (P>0.05); SC group showed significantly higher scores of arterial puncture and central venous puncture in theoretical examination results and skill assessment compared with C group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Compared with CBL alone, SST combined with CBL can significantly improve the evaluation results of arterial puncture and central venous puncture in theoretical and skill operation in anesthesia skill training teaching, and it is recommended to be popularized in practical anesthesiology teaching work.
