DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM OF INDICATORS FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract

The author considers the system of indicators to measure the effectiveness of the Executive authorities of the Russian Federation. The subject of this assessment are two types of municipalities - urban district and the municipal district. In his study, the author mainly uses the process-based and integrated approaches. Comparison of changes to the list of indicators for assessing the activities of local authorities with a similar process at the regional level. Recommendations for improvement of the considered metrics.
