FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED ENTERPRISES - BASED ON THE SURVEY RESULTS OF THE HUNGARIAN AND RUSSIAN FIRMS
Abstract
In article the author on the basis of questioning employees of Hungarianand Russian firms exmined aspects ofthe organizational culture of small andmedium-sized companies, such as: therelationship between employees andtheir communication, communication and communication between employees andmanagers, staff’s knowledge in matters of the company, career opportunities,employment opportunities of higher positions in the firm.
