State regulation of road transport services in Poland
Abstract
The experience of state regulation of motor transport market in Poland, adapting national legislation in this area to the EU standards. In this regard, special attention is paid to the analysis of the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Poland «On Automobile Transport», in particular the conditions and procedure for licensing of economic activities in the field of road transport and the organization of monitoring the implementation of the carriers of all the rules and regulations in the work. Discloses a procedure for monitoring compliance with the work and rest of drivers of vehicles. Considerable space is devoted to elucidating the history of creation and development of the main road traffic inspectorate Republic of Poland, regulatory support its work. Characterized the structure of the main road traffic inspection features of the functioning and powers of territorial divisions, the procedure of recruitment and training.
