EVALUAREA PROGRAMELOR/PROIECTELOR DE CERCETARE

Abstract

There are presented several concepts regarding the program/project, their differences. On the base of the studied literature there are outlined the main goals of program/research project assessment. The article makes an analysis of the most important assessed objects in the project; relevance, the project, performance/ impact or their combinations. The conclusions aim at the problem, which require details and posterior analysis for the development of the science policy at the national level.
