Mujer y Anticlericalismo: La Justicia Militar en Marbella 1937–1939

Abstract

Este artículo está basado en los sumarios de trece mujeres vecinas del municipio de Marbella, sometidas a juicio entre 1937 y 1939. Las mujeres procesadas por la Justicia Militar tienen como acusación común la participación en cualquiera de las modalidades de la violencia anticlerical durante la guerra civil en Marbella. La atribución de conductas anticlericales e iconoclastas a mujeres conocidas por su participación en actividades de naturaleza sociopolítica fue utilizada para justificar una represión que penalizaba la trasgresión de lo que se consideraba la condición femenina._______________________ABSTRACT:This article is based on the summaries of thirteen neighboring women of the municipality of Marbella, submitted to judgment between 1937 and 1939. The women tried by the Military Justice take the participation as a common accusation in any of the modalities of the anticlerical violence during the civil war in Marbella. The attribution of anticlerical conduct and iconoclast to women known by his participation in activities of nature socio-political were used for to justify a repression that was penalizing the transgression of what it was considered to be the feminine condition.
