This article is defining ways of resolving challenges arising on High School education system as a result of competence approach implementation forming the content and structure of higher professional education. In particular, there are some approaches offered to define integral-differential appraisal of levels of understanding elements and competence parts in the integration with some different forms of class work, students selfwork and it’s evaluation methods. The suggested approaches are in a probation stage of Bachelors and Masters basic education programs on 210700 «The infocommunication technologies and communication systems» designing and realization process at Perm National Research Polytechnical University.
