This article examines the Mexican economics’ evolution in Vincente Fox government. Is given more prominence to income distribution that had become more regressive and the growth was minimum in the period. The author underlines high level of exploitation (6.0 for surplus value tax) and shows the most part of excess is not accumulated but used in an unproductive way. He also mentions GDP composition distortion (for example, finances GDP raises 18% although metalmechanic sector GDP falls down 8%), as also dependence and lack of stability provoked by neoliberalism aperture. In resume, the results of neoliberalism in Mexico would be: high level of exploitation, big waste, minimum accumulation and a virtual stopping.
