INDIVIDUAL AND TYPOLOGICAL APPROACH DURING PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC AID TO PREGNANT FEMALE WORKERS OF METALLURGICAL PRODUCTION

For the carrying of a pregnancy and its maintenance Production and Health Center «Vasilisa» of the United Western Siberian Metallurgical Combine (Novokuznetsk) annually receives up to 300 people. 200 of them were evaluated the types of psycho-emotional status and mental health features. Most of the examined subjects have emotional-sensory and sensory-logical types of personality, all of them are skilled workers. The individual and typological approach is effective for increasing the resource capabilities of the psyche and acquiring the skills of positive regulation of the emotional state. Subject. 200 women with different terms of pregnancy (up to 30 weeks) were examined. Objective – the objective of the research is the development and improvement of the individual and typological approach to the organization of psychological and psychotherapeutic correctional and rehabilitation care for pregnant female workers in the conditions of the Production and Health Center «Vasilisa». Methods. The study of the personal typology of pregnant female workers of the metallurgical enterprise was carried out using the typological test of D. Keirsey, based on the needs of psychological and psychotherapeutic counseling. Self-evaluation of health was conducted according to the patient’s questionnaire PRIME-MO adapted to DSM-IV. The level of neurotization was determined according to the method of L.I. Wasserman. A standardized questionnaire by A. Beck was used to define the severity of depression based on self-rating. Main results. As a result of the program of psychological and psychotherapeutic aid provided to the female workers of metallurgical production for five months of stay in the Production and Health Center «Vasilisa» during pregnancy, 97 % of children receive at birth a score of 8-10 on the Apgar scale, 76 % of women feed a baby at the breast for more than six months, which is significantly higher than the corresponding indices across Novokuznetsk. Conclusion. For pregnant women of all psychotypes and temperament types, it is necessary to conduct a system of trainings with the elements of body-oriented psychotherapy aimed at recognizing oneself, accepting his new «physical map» and revealing feelings for the future child. The individual and typological approach is one of the effective ways to organize psychological and psychotherapeutic work with pregnant women in the conditions of a specialized production and health center.
