Help in development to polish regions from European Union on eve of joining Poland to EU

Abstract

In the article the basic stages and directions of aid assignment to Poland from European Union are determined and analyzed. It is paid attention to the factors which interfere with the process of the aid programs implementation of the European Union. The conclusion is done about the effectiveness of aid using by the Polish regions and its influence on the social and economic development of the country.
