Due to continuous changes in the external environment, organizations need to constantly innovate to ensure their survival, and for that, it is necessary to have a culture that is conducive to innovations. The objective of this work is to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and technological innovation in a beverage company, through a case study. Matrix structure, informal communication, decentralization of decision-making power and low level of formalization are some of the company's cultural characteristics and that directly stimulate innovation. Also explored in this research is the trade-off between innovation in the corporate sector and in the productive sector, considering the level of decision-making of the employees. Thus, during this study, the creation of a propitious environment for the occurrence of organizational innovation based on the cultural characteristics of the company is shown
