REGULATORY ISSUES AND SAFETY ON INDUSTRIAL TRANSPORT

Abstract

This article analyzes the state of the legal framework for occupational health and safety on industrial transport, taking into account the current trends, and addresses the issue of the relevance of improving legislation in this sector, the need for a new law expanding the scope of centralized regulation of labour relations of people engaged in work in the field of industrial transport and the need for legislation, which would lay the legal basis for the principles of functioning of all branches of Government in the formation of a system of socio-economic, organizational, technical, sanitary, medical and regulatory frameworks to ensure occupational health and safety issues.
