Integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for a patient with acute pulmonary embolism undergoing percutaneous pulmonary thrombectomy (1例急性肺栓塞行经皮肺动脉血栓取栓患者的中西结合护理)

Abstract

This paper summarized the ntegrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursingfor a patient with acute pulmonary embolism who underwent inferior vena cava filter implantation, pulmonary thrombectomy and thrombolysis. The main contents of nursing were as follows: emergency rescue for pulmonary embolism, puncture point and postoperative catheter nursing, external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine to swollen limbs, diet and systemic conditioning of Qi and blood. (总结1例急性肺栓塞患者行下腔静脉滤器植入术、肺动脉血栓抽栓和溶栓术患者的中西结合护理的经验, 包括发生肺栓塞的急救护理、穿刺点以及术后导管护理、中药外敷肿胀肢体、饮食及全身调理。)
