DESIGN, EVALUATION AND SYSTEMATIZATION OF PROJECTS OF COMMUNITY SOCIOCULTURAL TRANSFORMATION / DISEÑO, EVALUACIÓN Y SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE TRANSFORMACIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL COMUNITARIA

Abstract

The projects of socio-cultural transformation as a way of materializing the social and cultural policies are made up to satisfy the population’s needs. These are the operational translation of those policies. The imperative of this way looking-up is to increase the socio-cultural and the efficiency impacts on the implementation of those policies. In Cuban experience, the looking-up of projects has had positive results for the socio-cultural development as in the different territories as in institutions. A way through which can be fulfilled a communitarian transformation is by means of the execution of socio-cultural transformation projects, which are considered as proposal of solution to situations that exist in the socio-cultural reality. They are constituted by a set of activities which are carried out co-ordinately to fulfil the objective in a certain period of time; the importance of this matter has influenced in the determination of the following research.
