Using specialized set of exercises on the lessons of physical culture and health of higher vocational schools computer technology and construction

Abstract

The model of the optimum specialized complexes of physical exercises is considered for the students of higher professional schools. It is exposed that operating program on physical education of higher professional schools now already not fully satisfies the necessities of new specialities. In an experiment four groups took part for 25 students. Methodical recommendations are developed on the leadthrough of the specialized complexes of physical exercises. The differences between results of control and experimental groups is shown in norms from track-and-field, gymnastics and sporting games.
