AFECTIVITATEA CA DIMENSIUNE SPECIALĂ A PERSONALITĂȚII UMANE

Abstract

Studiul nostru abordează problematica afectivității la nivel de dimensiune specială a personalității umane. La acest nivel se evidențiază conținutul reflectoriu și formele de reflectare specifice proceselor afective simple, complexe și superioare.Inteligența emoțională, ca produs superior al proceselor afective, nu exclude, ci presupune deschiderea spre alte procese noncognitive, dar și cognitive.În această perspectivă, este subliniată teza promovată de D.Goleman, referitoare la faptul că inteligența emoțională are o influență covârșitoare în dezvoltarea personalității umane.Importanța EQ în educație este evidentă la nivel de empatie afectivă și motivațională. În acest context, Goleman re­co­mandă un proces de școlarizare a emoțiilor, care în ultimă instanță își propune să cultive „mai multă democrație în tra­tarea celorlalți”. AFFECTIVITY AS A PECULIAR DIMENSION OF HUMAN PERSONALITYOur study approaches the issue of affectivity at the level of special dimension of human personality. At this level, the reflecting content and the reflection forms specific for simple, complex and superior affective processes are highlighted.As a superior product of affective processes, emotional intelligence does not exclude, but rather involves the opening towards other noncognitive and cognitive processes.From this perspective, we emphasise the thesis promoted by D.Goleman regarding the fact that emotional intelligence has an overwhelming amount of influence over the development of human personality.The importance of EQ in education is obvious at the level of affective and motivational empathy. In this context, Goleman proposes a process of “education of emotions”, which ultimately aims at cultivating “more democracy in the treatment of others”.
