Abstract
The article studies a possibility and necessity of perfection of the motivational mechanism of management of engineering companies. It establishes dependence of operation of a production company upon motivation of the labour personnel in its results and upon the system of financial and moral incentives. It offers a mechanism of motivation and regulation of the motivational structure of labourers depending upon the main results of functioning and goals, which are set by the management for company personnel.Исследованы возможность и необходимость усовершенствования мотивационного механизма управления предприятиями машиностроения. Установлена зависимость эффективности работы производственного предприятия от заинтересованности трудового коллектива в его результатах и от системы материальных и моральных стимулов. Предложен механизм мотивации и регулирования мотивационной структуры работников в зависимости от основных результатов функционирования и целей, которые ставит руководство перед персоналом предприятия.
