Objective To investigate the work-related motivation among nurses during the COVID-19 outbreak. Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire-based survey was conducted by recruiting employed nurses. Results The total score of work-related motivation scale was (74. 96±13. 88), and the item with highest score was recognition on work value, followed by work acceptance, work enthusiasm, firmness of purpose, work initiative and working efficacy. Conclusion The findings of survey indicated a moderate level of work-related motivation among nurses during the COVID-19 outbreak. It is required to enhance the nurses’ emergency response capability training, pay more attention on mental health of nurses, and improve their work-related motivation. (目的 了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间护士工作积极性。方法 采取横断面调查方法, 利用员工工作积极性问卷对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间医院在岗护士进行调查。结果 护士工作积极性得分(74. 96±13. 88)分, 其中维度均分由高到低依次为工作价值认知、工作认可度、工作活力、目标坚定性、工作进取性、工作效能感。结论 疫情防控期间护士工作积极性处于中等水平。医院应加强突发事件应对能力建设, 重视护士的心理健康, 提升护士工作积极性。)
