TextBI is an interactive dashboard designed to visualize multidimensional indicators over large volumes of multilingual data from social media. It targets four main dimensions of analysis: spatial, temporal, thematic, and personal, while integrating contextual data such as sentiment and engagement. Offering multiple visualization modes, this tool fits into a broader framework aimed at guiding various stages of social network data processing. Although feature-rich, it is designed to be intuitive, even for non-computer literate users. Its application has been tested in the field of tourism using Twitter data (today known as X) but it is designed to be generic and adaptable to multiple domains.
