The purpose of this study is to know that Project Based Learning model is more effective to improve creativity, learning motivation, and study result of the students in arranging the financial statements XI IPS SMAN 1 Pekalongan 2017/2018.This study used experimental study with non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study is 64 students. The method of data collection is test, observation, and questioner. Based on the analysis, the result found as follows: (1) based on the analysis with Mann-Whitney U test, there is a significant difference in students' creativity between the experimental class and control class. (2) based on the analysis with Mann-Whitney U test, there is a significant difference in students' motivation learning between the experimental class and control class. (3) Based on the analysis with Paired sample T-test in students' pretest and post test scores,Project Based Learning model can improve the study result of the students in the financial statements of service company (4) Based on the analysis with Independent Sample T-Test, Project Based Learning model is more effective to improve the students’ creativity, learning motivation, and study result in financial statements of service company
