To the story of the schismatic activity of bishop Boris (Rukin)
Abstract
The publication contains the message to clergy and laymen of the Moscow diocese, prepared by the founder of the Gregorian schism, bishop Boris (Rukin). The document was kept at the archive of St.-Petersburg’s metropolitanate. The message was written in April, 1926, in the period when bishop Boris attempted actively, but unsuccessfully, to assert himself as the governor of a capital diocese. The message turned out an extensive and, at the same time, chaotic self-apologia.
