The team of first-class medical graduate tutors is an important starting point for building "double world-class project" discipline and strengthening medical graduate education. A perfect evaluation system for graduate tutors is an effective way to select, train and strengthen tutors. At present, the research on the evaluation index system in China is increasing gradually in the field of medical education, and it needs to be summarized. Therefore, this study combs the development process of China's graduate tutor evaluation index system, summarizes the basic steps of evaluation system construction and representative examples of the medical graduate tutor evaluation system, and summarizes its shortcomings in medical education theoretical research and practical application, to provide scientific theoretical support for strengthening the construction of China's medical graduate guidance faculty.
