SELF-HEALING COATINGS MADE OF METAL-MATRIX NANOCOMPOSITES COMPRISING LAMELLAR OXIDES EMPLOYED AS THE CARRIERS OF FUNCTIONAL COMPOUNDS

Abstract

The paper results demonstrate the possibility of electrochemical synthesis of nickel-based metal-matrix composites doped by dispersed tungsten oxide which is capable to play role of dispenser of incorporated compounds of different functionality.
