The Fox-Fordyce disease is a rare inflammatory disorder characterized by the appearance of pruritic follicular papules localized in distribution to areas with apocrine glands. The pathogenesis is not clearly known; it is invloved the obstruction of the apocrine excretory duct as early phenomenon in the process. It is presented a patient of 25 years with Fox-Fordyce disease confirmed histologically and a great clinically vulvar expressiveness.
